CHECKING THE PACKAGE

Upon delivery, you must check the integrity of the package by ensuring:

• before opening, that the package is properly closed (only one piece of tape used) as well as the general condition of the package
• after opening (done in the presence of the delivery person in case of doubt), that all the products are present in the package and in good condition

The recipient is authorized to request, before taking delivery, both internal and external verification of the package.

In the event of a problem, it is imperative to send us as many photos of the package as possible (exterior (with visible shipping label) + interior + goods) so that we can file a complaint with the delivery services and be compensated for the damage suffered.

Unfortunately without ALL these photos, it is impossible for us to compensate you.

We cannot be held responsible in the event of damaged products due to high heat.

Choose shipping costs wisely

Above all, be careful to apply the shipping costs of the DESTINATION country!

Choosing incorrect shipping costs may have consequences forcing you to have to redo your entire order!

This is a huge waste of time for you and for us...

Shipping costs depend on the total GROSS weight or the total amount of your order and are calculated automatically in the shopping cart before the payment procedure.

ATTENTION ! The GROSS weight corresponds to the weight of the contents and the container of the product (ex: 1 pot of chocolate spread of 600 g actually weighs +/- 950 g with the glass pot)

Shipping costs and delivery services

DPD parceshop (Maximum 20kg) delivery to collection point:

DPD predict (home delivery):

• Delivery times are working days, excluding public holidays and weekends, and do not include order preparation time (48 to 72 hours if all products are in stock).
• Deadlines are indicative and not contractual.
• Seller will not be responsible for any loss, cost, liability, damage, fine or expense incurred as a result of any delay or non-delivery.
• When your package is sent, you will receive an email from the carrier which contains the online tracking code.
• Possible customs fees when shipping to countries outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• The seller delivers to his customers within 5 to 15 days from payment of the order and depending on the carrier chosen. These deadlines are given for information purposes only and are therefore not binding on the seller.
• If after a period of 30 days the customer has not received a delivery, the customer may request termination of the sale and reimbursement of the sums paid for his order.
• In the event of unjustified seizure of the order by customs, the seller undertakes to reimburse the customer. On the other hand, if the package is seized due to products prohibited in the customer's country of residence, no refund will be made by the seller. It is therefore up to the customer to check the possibility of importing the ordered products.

Chockies Group reserves the right to change the delivery method to another equivalent for certain postal codes which are considered remote areas and which require an additional cost from the carrier.

Notice regarding collection points

• Parcels are sent within the DPD Parcelshop network.
• When you purchase, you will receive an email with the DPD tracking number for your package.
• The carrier sends an email and/or an SMS to indicate that your package has arrived at the collection point (collection point / parcelshop) with the address of the collection point.
• You then have one week to collect it. If at the end of this period you still have not taken this step, the package will be returned to us.
• After this period, we will not send you any replacement and you will then have to pay the delivery costs again to receive your package. Therefore, be careful and vigilant after sending your package so that you can collect it without delay and without additional costs!

Packaging your packages is one of our priorities.

It is indeed extremely important for us to be able to deliver packages to you in good conditions and avoid breakage as much as possible, unfortunately this can still happen despite all the precautions taken, zero risk does not exist.

Payment must be made by the customer upon validation of their order and must be made in euros. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
