The binder for white sauces Maizena Express is perfect as a base for sauces: bechamel sauce, cheese, mushrooms, fish and stews. Maizena is ideal for a lump-free sauce. Easy to use, just add directly to the boiling liquid to further bind your sauce. Stir well. Cook for 1 min. To obtain an even thicker sauce, add Maïzena Express and keep boiling for 1 min. Each package contains 250 gr.
