Preparation:

Ingredients: for 6 people

750 ml of liter of milk, 75 gr of sugar, 1 sachet of 50 gr of Imperial pudding powder

1 / Take a cup of milk (10 tbsp). Add the powder until there are no lumps.

2 / Add the sugar to the rest of the milk and bring to the boil.

3 / Remove the pan from the heat and, without ceasing to mix, add the diluted pudding. Cook for another 1 minute while mixing.

4 / Pour into small baskets and let cool.
